Overview of the Celebration

The Tharus and Friends Association (TFA) organized a celebration of Maghi 2022 in New York City. This event aimed to support the local community during challenging times, especially in light of the rising cases of the omicron variant of COVID-19.

Community Support Initiatives

As part of the Maghi 2022 festivities, TFA distributed approximately 500 hand sanitizers and face masks to people in the local community. These efforts were undertaken to promote public health and safety.
